Peninsula Players Theatre
Door County’s iconic professional theater has presented Broadway-quality comedies, dramas and musicals for 89 seasons in an enchanting shoreline setting. Delight in the entire Peninsula Players Theatre experience, where nature and art meld, creating a memorable Door County evening. Arrive early and discover why visitors and residents make this renowned artistic company a “must-see” each season.
The theater’s outdoor lobby is a cedar forest, which provides a tranquil ambiance. The charming atmosphere includes colorful floral gardens, a shoreline view of the setting sun and a Beer Garden with a warming intermission bonfire (weather permitting). Mother Nature and the theater’s award-winning artistic company ensure an unforgettable experience.
With a roof over the theater and audience pavilion, performances are held rain or shine, and the sides of the theater remain open during the summer months. Please dress for the weather, as Mother Nature is the theater’s lobby and breezes off the bay can cause temperature shifts.
The theater has accessible seating and is fitted with a Hearing Loop with assisted listening devices available. Performances are held Tuesday through Sunday, June 18 through October 20, 2024. Closed on Mondays. Visit www.peninsulaplayers.com for more information about the 2024 season.
